LRZ Construction is a family run, QBCC licensed residential builder working across the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland since 2017, led by two directors: Lorenzo Salcedo, our licensed builder and lead carpenter, and Alice Acosta, who runs operations and client communication.
We keep our team small and focused, so your budget goes into the work. You pay for the build, not the overhead.
Framing, decks and finishes are built by our in house carpenters, led by Lorenzo.

We started LRZ Construction because we believe a builder should be present on the job, not managing from a distance. Lorenzo leads every project personally, on site every day, working alongside our own carpentry team and coordinating our trusted trades. Alice looks after scheduling, paperwork, approvals support and updates, so you always know who to call.
