Home renovation in Tulong Court, Buderim by LRZ Construction. The owners wanted to bring a dated house up to the way they live today, inside and out. They engaged us to deliver all of the carpentry for the renovation, working from their plans.
What we built
- Opened up the kitchen and reworked the surrounding framing to create one connected living space
- Renovated the bathrooms
- Built a new walk-in robe
- Enclosed the garage to create a new living room and dining room
- Built a new laundry
- Carpentry upgrades inside and outside the home
How we worked
Lorenzo led the job on site with our own carpentry team, following the plans closely so each new space came together as designed.
The result
An open plan kitchen, living and dining area, updated bathrooms and better use of every room, including space that used to be garage.
